Mrs. Sumita Mukherjee Nath
Founding Partner
Mrs. Sumita Mukherjee Nath, Founding Partner of MPASL, has extensive experience in Operations and Business Analysis. She advocates for gender equality and aims to be a source of support for women facing challenges. Inspired by Melinda Gates’ words, “A woman with a voice is, by definition, a strong woman,” Mrs. Nath strives to be that voice through MPASL’s mission, “DO RIGHT FOR RIGHTS.”
She also runs SUMITA’S SELF DEFENCE ACADEMY, empowering girls and women against domestic violence. A 2nd Degree Black Belt in KYOKUSHIN KARATE and trained in Kali 3D, she is among the few women in India with such credentials.
Ms. Suchita Roy
Business Development Advisor, Maharashtra
Suchita Roy holds a BE in Electronics & Power followed by an MBA in Total Quality Management. She has amassed 20 years of extensive experience in the Education & Training industry. Her career began as a Faculty member in Electronics, progressing to a role as a software trainer. She then advanced to the position of Academic & Quality Head at an IT training company. Most recently, she served as a Regional Manager with the Skill Development Council for seven years.
Mr. Paul Varghese
Head of Operations
Paul, our expert in operations and implementation at MPASL, brings over 25 years of aviation industry experience. Known for his critical thinking, logic, and adaptability, Paul excels in crafting strategic product roadmaps, optimizing resource utilization, and managing high-stakes operations. His expertise in Agile methodologies and strong leadership skills drive efficiency and innovation in complex environments.
Mr. J. Sridhar
Head of Operations
Sridhar has over 25 years of extensive experience in ITES organizations, specializing in operational excellence. With a BE in Electronics and Communication, he excels in project coordination, government relations, procurement support, and project implementation. Sridhar’s leadership and problem-solving skills have driven successful training and skill development initiatives, enhancing employment rates for youths across various domains.

Capt. Kaustav Nath is the Founding Partner of MindPhoenix Advisory Services LLP (MPASL), a company committed to using Education and Skill to empower the underprivileged and marginalised. In addition, one of MPASL’s core values and missions is women’s empowerment through employment.
Part of the core responsibilities of MPASL is to assist, support, and counsel Karnataka Skill Development Corporation in its role as Knowledge Partner for the IndiaSkills/WorldSkills Competition.
